Senior Project Manager | Commercial Healthcare Construction
We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout while managing budgets, schedules, client relationships, and project teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead multiple
construction projects from planning through completion
- Manage project
budgets, schedules, forecasting, and financial performance
- Oversee
subcontractor procurement, contracts, RFIs, submittals, and change orders
- Coordinate with
clients, architects, engineers, and field teams
- Mentor Project
Managers and Assistant Project Managers
- Drive jobsite
safety, quality, and client satisfaction
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of
construction project management experience
- Strong
background in commercial construction; particularly Healthcare build
experience in occupied spaces
- Experience
managing project budgets, schedules, and financial reporting
- Proficiency
with Procore, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft Office
- OSHA 30
preferred
