Job Summary
Project Manager - Commercial Construction
We're looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead commercial construction projects from pre-construction through closeout, ensuring delivery that is on-time, on-budget, and aligned with client expectations. This role requires strong coordination with superintendents, subcontractors, owners, architects, and internal teams to drive schedule, cost control, quality, and safety.
The Project Manager oversees constructability reviews, RFIs, buyout, budgeting, scheduling, subcontractor management, financial reporting, change order processing, procurement, and client communication. Throughout construction, you'll monitor project performance, lead meetings, maintain documentation, resolve issues, and support a safe jobsite. During closeout, you'll manage punch lists, turnover documentation, and final sign-offs to ensure a smooth project completion.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of construction experience, including project management
- 3+ years managing project financials and schedules
- Strong ability to read plans/specs and manage subcontractors
- Proficiency with Procore, Microsoft Office, and Microsoft Project
- Knowledge of project financial processes (requisitions, reporting, cost-to-complete)
- OSHA 30 certification
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
