Job Summary
Project Manager (Commercial Construction)
Responsibilities:
- Lead commercial construction projects from pre-construction through closeout, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery and strong client satisfaction.
- Review plans, identifies constructability issues, and manages RFIs, submittals, and permitting.
- Develop project schedules, budgets, and buyout plans; oversees subcontractor procurement and scope alignment.
- Manage project financials including change orders, cash flow, requisitions, and monthly projections.
- Coordinate closely with the Superintendent to maintain safety, resolve field issues, and keep work aligned with schedule and quality expectations.
- Facilitate all internal and external communication, including owner meetings, subcontractor coordination, and project documentation.
- Drive project closeout activities, including punch-list completion, O&M manuals, and turnover documentation.
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in the Construction industry, including project management
3+ years of experience managing construction project financial controls and project schedules
Proficiency in reading and understanding plans and specifications
Demonstrated proficiency with construction technology systems and software, including Procore,
OSHA 30
